TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET CAPTIVA. WHILE REVERSING, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT TWO QUARTS OF OIL NEEDED TO BE ADDED EACH WEEK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO KUNES COUNTRY FORD LINCOLN OF STERLING (2811 N LOCUST ST, STERLING, IL 61081, (815) 625-6300) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BENT VALVE CYLINDER HEAD AND COMPONENTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED BECAUSE THE CYLINDER "JUMPED TIME". THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
