Consumer Description

WEEK OF SEPT 20TH TRANSMISSION WAS SKIPPING WHEN CHANGING GEARS DURING LOW SPEED AND VIOLENTLY JERKED. TOOK CAR TO DEALER TO CHECK OUT AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG BUT RESET TRANSMISSION ADAPTIVE VALUES. TRANSMISSION WAS FINE FOR 3 WEEKS BUT THEN PROBLEM REOCCURRED BUT WAS WORST. AFTER TRANSMISSION JERKED, GOING UNDER 25 MILES, TRANSMISSION STRUGGLE TO CHANGE GEARS. MOSTLY COASTED HOME AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED DEALER. NEXT DAY RETURN CAR TO DEALER AND THEY DETERMINED TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ETA 2 WEEKS
