TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 KIA SOUL. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) AT SUMMIT PLACE KIA (LOCATED AT 4200 INTERPARK DR, AUBURN HILLS, MI 48326, (248) 682-6002) IN APRIL OF 2019. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PARK THE VEHICLE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO ED VOYLES KIA (LOCATED AT 2145 COBB PKWY SE, SMYRNA, GA 30080, (770) 952-2621) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH ENGINE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,472.
