Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO CLOSE AND WAS INOPERABLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED PHIL LONG FORD OF DENVER AT (303) 557-5913 (7887 W TUFTS AVE, DENVER, CO 80123) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE CONTACTED STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V246000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
