TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE SPRINTER 2500. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, THE AUXILIARY FAN TURNED ON, BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER MANUFACTURER RECALL NUMBER: T21 FOR THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 390,000.
