Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 3500. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE UNINTENTIONALLY PULLED TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS A LOUD ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JERRY DAMSON CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (790 N BRINDLEE MOUNTAIN PKWY, ARAB, AL 35016, (256) 586-6041) WHERE UNKNOWN REPAIRS HAD TO BE PERFORMED TO THE TRANSMISSION AND TURBO CHARGER. IN ADDITION, THE HUBS AND BEARINGS WERE REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURES STILL OCCURRED AFTER THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 143,000.
