BRAKES DID NOT WORK AND CAR WENT THROUGH A 4 WAY STOP SIGN. DATES WENT OUT: SEPTEMBER 2019, OCTOBER 2019. BRAKES FAILED ON A NORMAL DAY DRIVING UNDER 30 MPH IN RESIDENTIAL AREA.
