Consumer Description

THIS IS MY 3 TOWN & COUNTRY MINI VAN. HOWEVER THE LAST TWO I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH THE SEAT BELTS GETTING CAUGHT UP IN THE SEAT BELT RETRACTION SYSTEM AND EVENTUALLY BEGIN TO TEAR. THIS HAS COMPROMISED THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY. OUR 2008 MINI VAN WAS WITHIN WARRANTY WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURRED AND THEREFORE WE WERE ABLE TO GET IT FIXED. NOW WE HAVE A 2016 TOWN AND COUNTRY AND AT LEAST 4 OF THE 7 SEATBELTS ARE FRAYING.. THE FACT THAT IT'S HAPPENING TO NEARLY ALL THE SEAT BELTS MAKES ME THINK THERE'S A DESIGN FLAW.
