TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE JOURNEY. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, IT HESITATED AND SOUNDED AS IF IT WOULD SHUT DOWN. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND CONTACTED DARCARS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF NEW CARROLLTON (301-459-6800, LOCATED AT 8100 ANNAPOLIS RD, NEW CARROLLTON, MD 20784). AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 26, 2019. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 74,000. *DT*JB
