TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT IT FAILED INSPECTION FOR HAVING DEFECTIVE BALL JOINTS ON BOTH SIDES, WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,000.
