TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HONDA CROSSTOUR. WHEN THE START BUTTON WAS PRESSED TO START THE IGNITION, IT FAILED TO FUNCTION AND MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED LUTHER BROOKDALE HONDA (LOCATED AT 6800 BROOKLYN BLVD, BROOKLYN CENTER, MN 55429, (612) 424-7830) AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 91,000.
