TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO FUEL ESCAPES FROM THE FUEL FILLER NECK FUEL SPILLS UNTO THE PERSON REFUELING POSSIBLE FAULTY FUEL TANK THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REFUELING FUEL WOULD ESCAPE FROM THE FUEL FILLER NECK AND SPILL ONTO THE PERSON WHILE REFUELING. THE CAUSE OF FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY SERVICED IN AUGUST 2013 UNDER THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 5V034000 (FUEL SYSTEM) FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
