Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK VERANO. WHILE DRIVING, THE BRAKES FAILED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT TRAVELED FOR 60 MILES WITH NO BRAKES. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO TURN OFF AND RESTART THE VEHICLE, BUT NOTHING WORKED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S HOME. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
