TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH IN THE RAIN, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT HAD TO PULL OVER AND WAIT FOR THE RAIN TO STOP. THE CONTACT MANAGED TO DRIVE HOME, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 95,000.
