Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH REAR DOORS HAD TROUBLE OPENING WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FORD COUNTRY (280 N GIBSON RD, HENDERSON, NV 89014, (888) 360-8509) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT BOTH REAR DOOR LATCHES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BOTH DOORS LATCHES WERE REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.
