Consumer Description

I WAS NEARLY KILLED TODAY BY A TRUCKER. THE COMPANY AND THE TRUCKER DIDN'T CARE. THE TRUCKER FLIPPED ME OFF AND CUSSED ME OUT. THE COMPANY GAVE ME FALSE CONTACT INFORMATION TO REPORT THE INCIDENT AND THEN REFUSED TO ANSWER SUBSEQUENT CALLS. I REPORTED THE INCIDENT WITH THE FMCSA AMONG OTHERS. I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE FMCSA REPORT AND PICTURES OF THE DRIVER. THE TRUCKER CROSSED TWO LANES FROM THE RIGHT HAND LANE DURING A TURN, NEARLY DRIVING OVER MY VEHICLE. THE TRUCK DRIVER DID NOT USE A TURN SIGNAL, AND NEVER SLOWED DOWN DESPITE ALMOST HITTING ME. THIS FORCED MY VEHICLE INTO THE MEDIUM, AND THE TRUCK DRIVER FLIPPED ME OFF AND CUSSED ME OUT. THE COMPANY FAILED TO TAKE THE COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY.
