Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILED TO OPERATE, AS NEEDED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS BEGAN OPERATING ON THEIR OWN, THE POWER DOORS WOULD LOCK AND UNLOCK ON THEIR OWN, AND ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE CONTACT DROVE THE VEHICLE TO LANDMARK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF ATLANTA (5745 PEACHTREE INDUSTRIAL BLVD, CHAMBLEE, GA 30341, (678) 825-6582) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
