Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. WHEN THE ENGINE WAS COLD, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WOULD NOT RESPOND. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY EXCESSIVE PRESSURE TO THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL TO INCREASE THE SPEED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD JOLT AND THE TIRES SQUEALED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DISHMAN DODGE RAM CHRYSLER JEEP (7700 E SPRAGUE AVE, SPOKANE VALLEY, WA 99212), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS ADVISED TO CALL NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
