Consumer Description

THIS IS A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE WEAKNESS OF THE SUSPENSION BALL JOINTS IN ALL MODELS OF TESLA CARS. I HAVE TAKEN THIS CAR AS JUST ONE EGREGIOUS EXAMPLE AND I CAN SHOW YOU MANY MORE THAT HAVE FAILED IN THE SAME WAY. I WILL FOLLOW THIS UP BY FILING A SEPARATE COMPLAINT ON A MODEL X WHICH HAS THE EXACT SAME FAILURE. HERE IS THE MODEL 3 HTTPS://WWW.COPART.COM/LOT/42908029/PHOTOS NO AIRBAGS HAVE BEEN DEPLOYED IN THIS CAR. THERE IS NO COLLISION DAMAGE THAT WOULD JUSTIFY THE BALL JOINTS HAVING SNAPPED IN THIS WAY.
