Consumer Description

WHILE IN PARK, PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST EXPLODED. CAR HAS NEVER BEEN IN A WRECK, NOT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST FENDER BENDER. THERE WAS NO REASON THIS SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED. PLASTIC CLAMPS FLEW OUT. DEALERSHIP SAID THIS WAS UNREPAIRABLE AND WHOLE SEAT WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. I WAS LUCKY NOT TO HAVE A PASSENGER THAT DAY OR THEY WOULD HAVE SUFFERED INJURIES.
