WHEELS MAKE RUBBING/GRINDING NOISE. IT'S CLEAR WHEN DRIVE AT SLOW SPEED AND NEXT TO A WALL. IT SOUNDS LIKE TWO METAL PARTS RUBBING/TOUCHING TOGETHER.
