TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE MADE A HARD SHIFT AND JERKED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO FRANKLIN FORD (175 EAST CENTRAL STREET, FRANKLIN, MA 02038, (508) 570-4022) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,791.
