CRUISE CONTROL SET AT 65 WHICH WAS LEGAL SPEED FOR THE ROAD, ATTEMPTED TO DISENGAGE CRUISE CONTROL APPLIED BRAKES MULTIPLE TIMES AND TRUCK WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN AND BRAKES WOULD NOT ENGAGE RESULTING IN COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE.
