Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP WRANGLER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STARTED TO DRIFT AND CAUSED THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE STEERING. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A METAL FENCE POST. THE STEERING BECAME INOPERABLE AFTER THE CRASH AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER AND FACIAL CONTUSIONS. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT RECEIVED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO COTTAGE GROVE CHRYSLER (2800 ROW RIVER RD, COTTAGE GROVE, OR 97424) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,324. *BF *TR
