Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN A LOT, THE CONTACT RETURNED TO FIND THAT THE REAR WINDSHIELD WAS SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BILL CRISPIN CHEVROLET (72712 E MICHIGAN AVE, SALINE, MI 48176) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
