TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE, OR BACKING OUT OF A PARKED POSITION, THE STEERING LOST POWER. THERE WAS NO WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DALLAS DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (214-327-9361, LOCATED AT 11550 LYNDON B JOHNSON FWY, DALLAS, TX 75238) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT PROVIDED.
