TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HYUNDAI VELOSTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 25 MPH, THE SPEED DECREASED AND SMOKE WAS EMERGING FROM THE TAIL PIPE, ENGINE AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL HUMMING NOISE EMERGING FROM THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE 75,586.
