Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO START THE ENGINE FIVE TIMES, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. SEVERAL UNKNOWN WARNING INDICATORS WERE ILLUMINATED, INCLUDING FIVE "ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE PROBLEM", "VEHICLE STABILITY ASSIST PROBLEM", AND "ELECTRIC POWER STEERING PROBLEM" MESSAGES THAT APPEARED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
