TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED TO PROPERLY ENGAGE AND DISENGAGE. BULL VALLEY FORD (1460 S EASTWOOD DR, WOODSTOCK, IL 60098, (815) 338-6680) DIAGNOSED THAT THE BUSHINGS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND RENDERED NO ASSISTANCE OTHER THAN THE DEALER REPAIRING THE VEHICLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 91,385.
