MY DAUGHTER AND HER FRIEND WAS DRIVING ON REGULAR CITY ROADWAY, GOING ABOUT 35-40 MPH, WHEN THE PASSENGER HEADREST DEPLOYED. THEY WERE NOT IN AN ACCIDENT OR HIT ANYTHING ON THE ROAD, THE HEADREST DEPLOYED UNEXPECTEDLY.
