I WENT TO PASS A VEHICLE ON THE FREEWAY AND MY ACCELERATOR STUCK TO THE FLOOR AND CAUSED ME TO GO IN DITCH HAD TO SHUT TRUCK OFF UNTIL ACCELERATOR FINALLY RELEASED
