TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CADILLAC ATS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER FAILED TO PROVIDE THE REMEDY AND REPAIR PART WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME AS THE STEERING WHEEL HAD BEGAN SEIZING CAUSING THE RISK OF A POTENTIAL CRASH FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V086000 (STEERING). THE DEALER(S) ED MORSE CADILLAC DELRAY BEACH2300 S FEDERAL HWY, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483, (877) 606-6291 AND ED MORSE CADILLAC DELRAY BEACH, 2300 S FEDERAL HWY, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483, 1-(877) 606-6291 WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHEN THEY MAY BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE RECALL REPAIR APPOINTMENT. NO LOANER VEHICLE OPTION WAS PROVIDED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED YET. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THE RECALL REPAIR PARTS CONCERN TO DETERMINE THE GUIDELINES TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
