Consumer Description
FRONT PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST DEPLOYED WHILE IN MOTION ON A CITY STREET, AT APPROXIMATELY 30MPH. VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN IN A COLLISION AT THE TIME, NOR AT ANYTIME PRIOR. HEADREST STRUCK PASSENGER WITH SUCH FORCE AS TO CAUSE WHIPLASH.
