Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 JEEP LIBERTY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SUSPENSION SNAPPED AND THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE SWERVED TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO REGAIN CONTROL AND DROVE HOME. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT NEW TRAILING ARMS NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 151,000.
