Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INTERIOR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR HANDLE FRACTURED TWICE IN THREE YEARS. THE DOOR HANDLE WAS REPAIRED IN 2016 FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE CONTACT HAD TO MANEUVER THE DOOR LOCK OR REACH OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE TO OPEN THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. KENNY ROSS FORD (104 BLACK HILL RD, IRWIN, PA 15642, (724) 864-3601) WAS EXPECTED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE ON MAY 7, 2019. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000. *BF CONSUMER STATED THE MAIN CONCERN IS IF THERE IS A BATTERY/POWER FAIL WHERE THE WINDOW DOESN'T OPEN OR IF THERE IS A FIRE OR INCIDENT WHERE EXITING THE VEHICLE IS NECESSARY. *JB
