Consumer Description

THE ENGINE STARTED MAKING NOISE AND LOCKED UP, CHECKED WITH KIA ON RECALLS DUES TO I'VE SEEN SO MANY, AND AFTER TRYING TO FIND ONE AT MANY ENGINE SHOPS, THEY HAVE NONE AT THE TIME BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE IN HIGH DEMAND RIGHT NOW. THE 2.4 IS FAILING, AND THE ONLY RECALL IS ON THE 2.4 TDI, BUT I HIGHLY BELIEVE KIA HAS TO BE AWARE OF THIS. MOTOR LOCKED UP WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AND ALMOST CAUSED ME TO BE REAR ENDED.
