TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE BECAME SLUGGISH, DECELERATED, AND FAILED TO ACCELERATE ABOVE 40 MPH. IN ADDITION, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NAPLETON'S VALLEY HYUNDAI (4333 OGDEN AVE, AURORA, IL 60504, (630) 851-2500) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRE HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND CASE NUMBER: 15704477 WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
