TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HORN MALFUNCTIONED AND WOULD SOUND AT RANDOM. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTONATION (3000 NORTH LAKE PARKWAY, COLUMBUS, GA 31909, (330) 238-3206) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW STEERING SYSTEM WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 119,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
