TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN MURANO. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOORBOARD WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE STILL CAME TO A STOP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON A DAILY BASIS FOR SIX MONTHS. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO PEARSON NISSAN (2060 SW COLLEGE ROAD, OCALA, FL 34471) TWICE TO BE REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V916000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC); HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND FILED CASE NUMBER: 35155429. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
