Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS RANDOMLY SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO REPLACED THE LOW BEAM HEAD LAMP BULBS, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
