TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER AN UNKNOWN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER BY OAK LAWN TOYOTA (4320 95TH ST, OAK LAWN, IL 60453, (708) 423-5200), BUT THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AFTER THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE DECELERATED AFTER THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOW THE CONTACT'S FAULT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
