TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET CRUZE. WHILE DRIVING AT UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF AND THE KEY FAILED TO RELEASE FROM THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS JUMPSTARTED AND RETURNED TO NORMAL. THE CONTACT CALLED CRAIN CHEVROLET (9911 I-30, LITTLE ROCK, AR 72209, (501) 436-4484) WHO STATED THAT DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,045.
