Consumer Description

SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, A JEEP CHEROKEE LATITUDE IS HAS SHOWN THESE ERRORS CONSISTENTLY. EXAMPLES: THE VEHICLE DECELERATES WHEN PUSHED TO ACCELERATE QUICKLY, ESPECIALLY WHEN TURNING. IT SHIFTS HARD BETWEEN GEARS WHEN DRIVING, CAUSING A JERKING MOTION WITHIN THE CAR - EVEN WHEN GENTLY ACCELERATING. ON ONE OCCASION IT HAS SHIFTING INTO NEUTRAL WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO COMPLETELY STOP FUNCTIONING. MORE RECENTLY, I WAS REAR-ENDED AT A GAS STATION AND WAS UNAWARE, BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS MY CAR JERKING FORWARD UPON ACCELERATION. WHEN REVERSING, THE VEHICLE JERKS BACKWARDS - AFTER A DELAY. THE VEHICLE ALSO DELAYS WHEN ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE VEHICLE ON.
