TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION ENERGI. WHILE PARKING THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO STOP AND PROCEEDED FORWARD. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AND WAS TOWED TO BOB ALLEN FORD (LOCATED AT 9239 METCALF AVE, OVERLAND PARK, KS 66212, (913) 381-3000) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BUSHING CABLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,710.
