Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi. The contact stated that the rear passenger’s and driver’s side seat belts failed to latch securely. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that there were no recalls on the VIN for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
