Consumer Description

SINCE LAST OCTOBER, THE CAR'S STEERING HAS PERIODICALLY FAILED TO RETURN TO CENTER, AFTER TAKING A RIGHT HANDED CURVE. THE CAR JUST KEEPS TURNING. WE HAVE TAKEN THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE WE LEASED IT; HOWEVER, THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY FAILED TO FIX IT. I HAVE LOOKED THE PROBLEM UP ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THAT IT IS DEFINITELY A SAFETY PROBLEM THAT MUST BE FIXED. WHY NOT FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE PEPLE GET HURT?
