VEHICLE IN NOTION ON CITY STREETS. VEHICLE LOOSES ACCELERATION (GAS PEDDLE PRESSED, NO RPMS, NO ENGINE REVVING) WOULD HAVE TO RELEASE GAS AND PRESS PEDDLE AGAIN A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE CAR WOULD JERK INTO ACCELERATION. ALSO, BREAK LIGHTS FLICKER WHEN CAR IS IN PARK (LIKE IF SOMEONE WAS TAPPING THE BREAKS, BUT NOBODY WAS IN THE CAR. CAR HAS ROUGHLY 66K MILES
