THE TAIL GATE FALLS OPEN WHILE GOING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN IT IS NOT LOCKED. THE TAIL GATE WAS REPLACED DUE TO AN ACCIDENT ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND IT HAS NOT LATCHED CLOSED PROPERLY.
