Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO FUNCTION. SPORT CHEVROLET (3101 AUTOMOBILE BLVD, SILVER SPRING, MD 20904, (301) 890-6000) DIAGNOSED THAT THE LINKAGE AND WINDSHIELD WIPER MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V582000 (VISIBILITY) ALTHOUGH THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 113,000.
