TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS EQUIPPED WITH VELOZZA ZXV4 TIRES, SIZE: 235/45ZR17 (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT SEVERAL OF THE TIRES EXPERIENCED BLOW OUTS, TREAD SEPARATION, AND TREAD FLATTENING. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURES OCCURRED ON SIX DIFFERENT FRONT AND REAR TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND LOCAL TIRE DEALER (TIRE KINGDOM) WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN.
